All products in The Avocado Cookbook store are made to order. Once you place your order, our print partner requires 2–3 business days to produce your item before it is handed to a courier. This production window applies to every order, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Australian public holidays. An order placed on a Friday afternoon will typically enter production the following Monday.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website to follow your parcel in real time.

Delays & circumstances outside our control
Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. Delays can occur during peak periods (such as Christmas and sale events), due to courier backlogs, or as a result of weather or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order is placed. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
